STEP 1

ENQUIRE

Send us a few details about your dream furniture by filling out our online form. Include images, measurements, and the material(s) you would like to use for an accurate quotation.

STEP 2

QUOTE

After you've sent a request for your dream furniture, one of our sales representatives will contact you to clarify your query. We will further discuss the goals and details of your piece, and then proceed to estimate your project.

STEP 3

DEPOSIT

Upon confirmation of your approval of the quote and decision to customize with Woodfellas, an invoice is prepared with a detailed breakdown of costs, including delivery, assembly (if any), and project lead time (12 -15 weeks). The deposit is usually 50%.

STEP 4

Drawings

We will draft technical drawings and renderings for your review and approval following receipt of your deposit.

STEP 5

FABRICATION

Typically, the project lead time is 12 to 15 weeks or earlier upon approval. During this period, you will receive regular updates on progress.

STEP 6

FULL PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

We require full payment prior to your proposed delivery date, so that we may schedule a time slot. Our in-house team will then complete the delivery and installation (if any), ensuring that your new bespoke custom furniture fits beautifully in your home.
