General Return Conditions:

1. As a precaution, we do a rigorous quality check on all items twice before they are shipped. However, things happen, and there may be an occasion when a product arrives with a minor defect. If this occurs, please contact us for assistance.

2. Damages must be reported within 48 days of receipt with images of damage marks for documentation so that we can resolve the problem. We will not be held responsible for any damage after 48hrs that you have received your items

3. In order to qualify for a return, all products must be new and unused following receipt.

4. Depending on the extent of the blemish, we may either offer you a new product, a replacement part, or a blemish discount or reimburse you for local repair work at our discretion.

5.  Returns are only accepted for product that is due to manufacturing fault. We do not support change-of-mind as most of our products are made upon order. Refund will be made within 14 days upon collection of the return item. Do note that delivery fee is non-refundable. 

6. Exchange & return product has to be unused and in its original condition.

7. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process of our products, some slight variation in color and texture may be present between the actual product received and the product images shown on our website.

8. Due to difference in every screen calibration, colours may vary slightly and this shall not be deemed as defect.

9. All specified dimensions are subject to tolerances within industry standard of +/- 5cm.

10. Due to its natural stone characteristics(marble), there may be sightings of fine scratch and pores. This is completely normal and shall not be deemed as quality issue. Vein patterns may also vary with every batch of marble and this is completely normal and shall not be deem as defect.

11. In this warranty, the following are excluded:-

Product defects resulting from improper or abusive use.

Color variations in natural materials such as woods, plastics, paints, and so on cannot be avoided due to their inherent character; for this reason, they do not qualify as defects.

An incorrectly assembled or misused product.

Products that are used outdoors.

Inherent damage resulting from transportation after the initial delivery

Typical wear and tear that occurs with everyday use, such as scratches, indentations, cuts, discolouration, shrinkage, pile-up, stains, and/or everyday accidents.

All of our products are packaged for safe transit and will be handled by professionals. We take pride in the quality of our furniture.

When your order has been received into our warehouse, you will be contacted to schedule delivery to your convenience, subject to availability. You may also refer to the Order Confirmation emailed to you upon purchase for estimated delivery dates.

We recommend that you check that your items will fit through doors, staircases, and lifts in their packaging before placing your order. Product dimensions are included in the product information on our website.
